Open any letter in your Admin Portal
Click the "Mail It For You" button
We will print the letter and Mail It For You

* Letters are printed the same day and mailed out early the next business day (Mon-Fri)
* We use high quality HP Laser printers in black and white
* We use actual Forever stamps, not postage meters or labels that indicate a 3rd party

How do I know the letter got sent?

Open any client in your Admin Portal
Scroll to the Letters
Each Letter will have an icon to indicate if it is Queued, Printed, or Sent

* Letters are printed the same day and mailed out early the next business day (Mon-Fri)

How much does it cost?

Letters that are 1 - 5 pages long: $2.00
Letters that are 6 - 8 pages long: $3.00

* Price includes paper, envelope, stamps, printing, and mailing
* Sorry, we do not mail letters that are over 8 pages long

How do I get started?

Log into your Admin Portal and go to Company Setup
Scroll to the "Mail It For You" section and accept the agreement
Click the link to Add Funds to your account via Square
Wait while funds are applied, usually within 1 hour
Open a letter and click "Mail It For You"

* You can start using Mail It For You after your funds have been applied
